Information used for your enquiry
We collect the contact and project information you submit: name, phone, email, suburb, service, timing, approximate size and description. We store this to review your enquiry and seek a suitable professional for the job.
Sharing project information
With your agreement on the form, your contact and project details may be passed to suitable independent concrete professionals so they can contact you about a quote. Do not include financial information, identity documents or sensitive personal details.
Website measurement
We record page paths, quote-button clicks, form starts and successful submissions, along with an anonymous session identifier and traffic source where available. Session storage keeps that identifier and source during your visit. We do not put your form contact details into analytics events. Source information may be unavailable or grouped as direct-or-unattributed.
Access and privacy requests
You can submit an access, correction or deletion request through the privacy request form. Privacy requests are reviewed by the site operator and are not passed to contractors. Include only the contact details needed to locate your enquiry.
Storage and external sites
Records are held using the website hosting platform’s database services. Form submissions are also emailed to the site operator through FormSubmit, which processes the submitted details to deliver the notification. Independent contractors and linked council websites operate their own privacy practices. Information is kept while needed to handle enquiries and related requests; you may request deletion.
